At Abbot's Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
